Each plant is sold already in a high-quality transparent pot , which allows you to monitor the roots and the humidity level of the substrate.

Additionally, we use a draining substrate appropriate for each type of plant, ensuring healthy and long-lasting growth.

This system improves the aesthetics and health of the plant, giving customers a plant already in perfect condition, without the need for repotting (which is instead necessary for those from nurseries/shops).

If you are a beginner, we recommend plants like Monstera Deliciosa , Sansevieria or Pothos .

These species are very hardy and require little maintenance. Perfect for those who are just starting out in growing tropical plants!

Transparent vases offer several benefits. They allow:

• Visual check of roots : you can easily see the health of the roots and intervene in case of problems.
• Humidity Monitoring : The clear pot allows you to monitor the humidity level in the substrate, helping to prevent root rot problems.

The plants are shipped with BRT express courier, to ensure that they arrive in optimal conditions. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

• Italy : 24-48 hours (48-72 hours for the islands).
• European Union : 2-4 days.
  Additionally, we use secure, reinforced packaging to ensure your plants arrive alive and healthy.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to monitor your package in real time. You can follow the path of your order directly from the "Track your order " link on our website.

If you notice that your plant is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at shop@violaplants.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.

We encourage you to provide us with clear photos of the damage so we can assess the situation and offer you a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
